This is the card I made for my sister's 18th, I wanted to do an intricate interweaving Rob Ryanesque floral border & then I found a ridiculously ornate Victorian font made from vines and flowers that fitted in perfectly, so I used it as the basis for the numbers.

    Hey Deb, not sure if it's available as a usable font, it was actually used for embroidery machines, but google Victorian Whitework Font and you can find examples of it! I simplified it and changed it quite a bit to make it easier to cut.
